French pilots performing stunts in Morocco

A video of French pilots having fun and performing stunts with their Mirage jet fighters have been circulating online.The video shows some amazing stunts by these skilled pilots most probably using Moroccan taxpayer's money to refuel their aircraft,eat,drink,and enjoy the swimming pool in Ben Guerir's air base.Nothing outrageous so far,but at some point in the video the Jet fighter flew over a truck head on,which could risk causing an accident to the surprised driver.Even worse,that same pilot cannot do the same thing in French territory to a French motor vehicle operator.The same stunt could be seen again done to another truck driver and the pilots seemed quite amused.It's a complete lack of respect for humans and this video can spark an outrage in France if it was filmed on a French territory.
